Brief
Moxie People needed a new identity and vision to help shape their third sector recruitment company which puts people first.
Outcome
We helped Moxie evolve their identity to help represent their new name and vision—Moxie People. We designed a brand identity and website that will help form stronger and more meaningful relationships with their audience.
Once we got to know what Moxie’s purpose was all about we began the brand process. Inspired by balance, partnerships and support between their people, we explored how to visualise these values.
Moxie is quite an ambiguous name, so we come up with simple brand language to help describe exactly who they are what they do, and a typographic approach that challenges the sector.
Moxie wanted to position themselves as a challenger business that stands out from their competitors, so we approached their website from a brand first perspective. We made sure everything from the copy to the imagery represented what they are about.
From the very first conversation with Toward, we had no doubt that this was the team that could bring our vision to life. They did not disappoint.
