Conexus is a global tech recruitment company who needed a brand to match their ambitions of becoming the go to tech recruitment for digital transformation.
Outcome
Through a new brand system we helped connect their talent and give them a platform to shine the brightest.
We shaped a digital design system inspired by constellations, the brand style aims to represent connecting talent to the right jobs as well as creating a platform for Conexus to shine.
The brand system consists of custom illustrations and patterns which represent different key brand messages which we use in a multitude of ways across the brand.
We built a design system that flourished in motion, this helped communicate Conexus’s vision and frame them as leaders in tech recruitment.
